The Columbia Heights neighborhood located in NW DC, is centered with a new shopping complex, which contains a Target, Best Buy and several other mainstream retailers at 14th street between Park and Irving. This thriving area is also filled with restaurants, cafes, shops and the Tivoli Theatre.

Rowhomes as well as new condo complexes as well as various condo-conversions (former apartment buildings or smaller rowhomes) are all around the Columbia Heights neighborhood. Prices average around 450k for an average 2 bedroom condo to mid 500k for a rowhome.
