The Cleveland Park Neighborhood is a residential neighborhood in Northwest DC, with its main commercial area running along Connecticut Avenue. The neighborhood got its name from President Grover Cleveland who purchased a farmhouse and remodeled into a summer estate. Along with the dining and shopping along Connecticut Avenue, is the classic Uptown Theater; built in 1936 and still shows 1st run films.

The neighborhood is known for its many late 19th century homes. Many of these homes were built as summer homes and have such architectural features such as large windows and wide porches. An average price for a home in Cleveland Park is around 700k.

The Cleveland Park neighborhood is bounded by Rock Creek Park to the East, Klingle to the South, Wisconsin to the West and Rodman and Tilden Streets to the North.

The Cleveland Park Metro (Red Line) runs through the neighborhood and provides quick transportation downtown or North into Maryland.

While the exact neighborhood has no Metro; nearby is the Woodley Park/Adams Morgan Station (Red Line) followed by the Columbia Heights Station (Green Line). Both between a 15 to 20 minute walk.
