Adams Morgan

The Adams Morgan Neighborhood is located in Northwest DC centered at the intersection of 18th Street and Columbia Road. It is a major nightlife area with many bars and restaurants, most of which are along 18th street. The restaurants are comprised of cuisines from around the world, and the bars range from dance clubs to jazz clubs and everything in-between.

The neighborhood is comprised of mostly 19th and early 20th Century row homes and apartment/condo buildings. Most of the properties are condominiums and the average sales price is around $500,000.

The neighborhood is bounded by Connecticut Avenue to the Southwest, Florida Ave to the South, 16th Street to the East, Rock Creek Park to the Northwest and Columbia Road to the West.

While the exact neighborhood has no Metro; nearby is the Woodley Park/Adams Morgan Station (Red Line) followed by the Columbia Heights Station (Green Line). Both between a 15 to 20 minute walk.
